Made from raw, grass-fed cow’s milk and 100% silo-free hay milk, this hard cheese is crafted with traditional methods in the Austrian Alps. This classic cheese has a supple texture and a sweet aroma of hazelnut and brown butter, thanks to the diverse diet of mountain grasses the cows graze on. The paste melts easily, revealing a depth of flavor with undertones of stone fruit, savory, beefy notes, and a robust, spicy finish.
